Pratt Industries is America’s 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world’s largest, privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company. The company has 4,000 employees and sophisticated manufacturing facilities in more than 20 states. Its network includes sheet plants, full-line corrugated box factories and display facilities strategically placed throughout North America, offering a wide range of creative packaging solutions.
Pratt Industries’ facility in Lewisburg, Ohio (Lewisburg Container) specializes in designing and manufacturing custom corrugated containers. These containers can be used for shipping, retail, hazardous material, industrial solutions, and custom displays. The facility offers direct print, window capabilities, assembled partitions, and flat bed die cutting services to meet the needs of its customers. Located adjacent to Interstate 70 and near the Interstate 75 interchange, Lewisburg Container is poised to provide services to companies in Cincinnati, Lexington, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago and Indianapolis.
In addition to its existing Lewisburg Container facility, in 2013 Pratt Industries broke ground on a new $44 million corrugated plant. The 350,000 square foot facility is slated to begin production in 2014. Once operational, the facility will be one of the most environmentally-friendly corrugated plants in the United States, saving as many as 10,000 trees a day.
